This might be helpful for teaching medical students and Non Physician Providers but not much value to practioners who were well trained.A algorithm should be clear and logical, based on accepted and tested knowledge.Those offered here are often circular and illogical.Consider FTT: FIrst decision point is primary vs secondary, but each leads back to the same decision point: is there weight gain, then they recommend laboratory testing. In real life, one rarely can diferentiate primary from secondary FTT without laboratory testing. Consider Lower GI Bleeding. The first decision point has three alternatives, one sends you back to UGI bleed, the second - occult blood is left hanging with no further development. This type of flow chart is just not helpful.There is little flow to the Algorithms and little science to back up the decison points. Selected reading is provided but no foot noted references to the decision points. And cost/economics is not considered.So look at a copy before you buy, it may not meet your needs.

I was eager to get this book by Art Laffer, who also worked in the Reagan Administration and developed the LAFFER CURVE. This book is a review of Art's involvement with the Trump Administration from the campaign on. Nothing new however this will be an excellent resource for people in the future interested in Trumponomics!

The book was written by two economist. I expected to have some economic theories used to explain the Trump economic plan. This book is just shallow Fox New verbiage about how smart Trump is.

This well written and thought-out conversational piece written by two of Donald Trumps economicadvisers with a foreword by his present Chairman of National Economic Council needs to be read and understood by every American. Their view appears to be that Barack Obama inherited “The Great Recession” and stoked the flames of panic on Wall Street, ensured a lengthier contraction, and a much weaker recovery of his wrongheaded policy prescriptions. Ironically, he contributed to the very financial panic that he was elected to reverse. From their professional analysis on economic growth the Obama recovery ranks dead last in US history and similar to the 1930s.These “Free Market Economist” authors use this mantle to illustrate using historical facts, and statistics that Keynesian economics has survived, despite the lack of empirical support. In the middle of the book the authors take on the task of differentiating Obamanomics vs Trumponomics. I personally enjoyed viewing the historical on-goings behind the scenes of economic thinking of the Trump campaign and the ideas of these men.The book is simplistically written so the non-economist can easily understand. The authors take the reader through the recent 2017 tax cut negotiations and the lobbying they performed “Pro-Bono” for the country. Art Laffer, noted for his concise analogies, similes, and metaphors makes for simple understanding. An interesting part of the economic plan of the US energy resolution is illustrated in Chapter 8. Here he spends much time criticizing those like Barack Obama who pronounced the US was running out of fossil fuels! The irony is that this industry saved his presidency!This book is the sequel to the 2016 book JFK and the Reagan Revolution: A Secret History of American Prosperity which I also reviewed and found outstanding.

This guy is so full of false facts it was shocking. IE. country experienceing biggest construction boom in history. I work in the industry and personally know this is not true. New Home sales/construction is actually slowing for 9 months. Sacramento is far from a "boom", Phoenix and Las Vegas no where near the building Volume of the 90's. WA and OR housing very slow, but commercial very strong. FAKE NEWS from the "fake news party"

I expected more than a puff piece for Trump from these authors. The theories fly in the face if common sense and history will relegate their reputations to the dumpster. What people will do for a buck!

I’ve got a whole lot of respect for these people and what they are doing for every American. Sure people do make mistakes and things don’t always work out perfectly but when you have a sound policy based on tried and true guidelines then chances of success are huge. Trump is my man and I’m thankful for what he’s attempting to do for America. Although not mentioned in the book I’d love to see this man and his team tackled the debt crisis next. Well written and easy to read.
